Pitching Academy

Overview

This fall pitching program was designed and implemented by former Division I and professional pitchers Jordan Aboites (Arizona State) and Isaac Friesen (University of Hawaii). With a heavy emphasis on developing mechanics and building arm strength, this program is tailored to prepare young pitchers for the next level. We will also be utilizing Rapsodo® Pitch Tracking in order to give our players a measurable way to track their development.

  • Crossover Symmetry® Band Program

  • Driveline® PlyoCare Ball Program

  • Instructed Bullpen Sessions

We will not be meeting the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/22).

Hitting Academy

Overview

This fall hitting program was designed and implemented by former D1 and current professional players Jordan Aboites (Arizona State) and Ethan Lopez (University of Hawaii). With a heavy emphasis on hitting mechanics, hitting with power and developing an in-game approach.
