SOFTBALL JR. COACH PROGRAM

2024 Summer Softball Camp Dates:
Sonora High School - July 8-12

Come and be a part of a dynamic sports ministry leadership program aimed at developing Jr High and High School age girls in spiritual leadership and leading youth. As a Jr. Coach you will have the opportunity to serve alongside our Clinicians who are some of the top high school and college coaches in the area as well as train under our Site Directors who are FCA staff trained to lead and develop sports ministers.

Commitment:
The FCA Junior Coach Program expects the highest level of commitment and buy in to our mission for the summer. While we understand everyone is at a different spot in their faith and comes from different backgrounds, the following are certain expectations FCA Junior Coaches agree to comply with.

1. Committing to learning about Christ and discovering what it means to follow Him.
2. Committing to representing Christ in a God honoring manner through language and attitude.
3. Agreeing to participate in ALL Jr. Coach functions, which will include Bible studies and camps that fall within your chosen sessions.

The most important thing is your willingness to humble yourself and buy in to the discipleship process.

DeeAnna Tomczak

DeeAnna Tomczak, a Southern California native who was a dedicated 3 sport athlete. After her playing days, she coached high school and travel softball for about 8 years. She lead a team to a Triple Crown World Series Championship. After having 3 boys DeeAnna shifted her focus to baseball. She began coaching her sons' teams making a posotive impact on the community. From her early years, she embraced the gospel and pursued a relationship with Jesus. DeeAnna has over a decade of experience in children's ministry at her church, and has dedicated herself to discipling youth. FCA merges her passion for softball and her love for Jesus. DeeAnna is filled with excitement and appreciates how FCA maintains a standard of excellence by prioritizing quality sport instruction while always focusing on what truly matters most, which is the athletes relationship with Christ!
